Hirer(s) Responsibility

Vehicles are provided in a clean and tidy manner and should be returned in a similar state, otherwise a cleaning fee of $200 will apply.
The fuel full tank pick up and full tank return. If it is returned with less than a full tank, a $30 refuelling surcharge plus the cost of the fuel will apply.
The hirer in the event that Xpress Rentals receives an unpaid fine /ticket relating to the vehicle at the time it was on hire , Xpress Rentals will charge the hirer a $30.00 admin fee for the transfer of liability of the notice to the hirer .
All toll charges will be debited from your nominated credit card (actual cost + GST + $30 admin fee)
We have a photo record of the vehicle's condition prior to release, please have a photo record done by yourself as well before leaving the pick up location.
In case of accident, you pay the excess for your insurance choice ($3,000 Standard, $750 Low excess, $0 Full).

Lost keys will cost you $850 (may vary depending on the vehicle). Filling the wrong fuel in the fuel tank will cost you $1,300 incl GST. Wrong fuel is not covered under any insurance option, even full insurance.

ACCEPTANCE

The hirer agrees to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions of the agreement including clause attached.
The hirer acknowledges that he or she absolutely understand the Terms and Conditions of the agreement including clause attached.

LATE RETURNS Late returns will cost you $200 late fees and additional daily per day cost.
